とりあえず、
adb.exe のフォルダーへ移動
cd \adt-bundle-windows-x86_64\sdk\platform-tools
C:\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64\sdk\platform-tools>adb shell
$ ls
ls
mr.log
config
cache
sdcard
acct
mnt
つながったよ
